Eric Liu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Beakon, where he brings over 20 years of experience in public safety technology, SaaS platforms, and leadership. Previously, Eric was CEO of Nixle, scaling it into a leading public safety communication platform, and Director of Public Safety Platform at Citizen. He has a proven track record of building innovative solutions that enhance emergency response and resilience.

Scott Benoit
Scott is a Co-Founder and Head of Product at Beakon, where he leverages his extensive experience and expertise in product strategy, user experience, creative direction, data strategy, AI/ML, and analytics. He has over 17 years of experience in leading high-performing, results-oriented teams, growing and scaling SaaS products, and driving strategic initiatives for public safety and resilience solutions.

David Choi
David is Head of Operations at Beakon. He leads Beakon’s world-class team of threat analysts and develops innovative strategies and features that enable the Beakon platform to deliver ever more value to security teams. Prior to building Beakon, David built and led analyst teams specialized in monitoring the 911 system and other streams of OSINT to publish millions of real-time safety alerts at Citizen.
